What time do you open?
Gallery Furniture opens bright and early at 8 AM and stays open till 10 PM for your shopping convenience 362 days a year. The store is closed for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
Can i purchase furniture online?
Yes! We are now able to process orders through our website! We will also be glad to take your order by telephone. Just give us a call at 713.694.5570. Please have a valid credit card and your driver's license available.
Do you sell washers, dryers, appliances, outdoor furniture?
Gallery Furniture doesn't carry these items because Gallery Furniture's specialty is furnishing your home with beautiful name-brand furniture and electronics.
Do you sell a fabric protection to protect my new furniture from stains?
Gallery Guard is recommended for all your new upholstered furniture. It is applied by Gallery Furniture professionals before delivery or pick up to start you with immediate protection from all foods, beverages, and human blood and urine. We also sell Leather Guardian for your leather furniture.
Does Gallery Furniture sell an extended Service Plan for furniture and electronics?
Gallery Furniture's In-Home Extended Service Coverage protects your investment for a full three years. Best yet, if you don't use it, you don't lose it! If you don't have any service calls during the three year time frame, you get to use the full amount of your service plan as an in-store credit towards purchase of anything in the store. Ask us for details.
Do you make charitable donations and how do I request a donation?
Gallery Furniture is committed to being a good citizen of the community and devotes a great deal of time and money to community projects like the annual Christmas program, where dozens of needy families get free furniture. For 2009, Gallery's big effort is providing new furniture for all of the USO Centers around the world. This effort will take up most of the charitable budget and Gallery Furniture will not be making donations to individuals during the year. Nominations for the Christmas program will be accepted in the fall. Please contact us with regards to Christmas here: Christmas@galleryfurniture.com.

Do you have financing?
Gallery Furniture has immediate financing on the spot! Fill out your application and know within minutes how much you can spend. You can also fill out an application online.
Can I make my payment at Gallery Furniture?
Gallery Furniture does not accept payments for the "Saves You Money" card at the store. It's actually easier to make your payments online.
Do you have a layaway program?
Yes, you can use the layaway program to give you a bit more time to pay for your furniture. The layaway program runs for 90 days and you should pay one third to one half of the total to reserve your furniture.
Delivery
Can i really get my furniture today?
Yes! Gallery Furniture offers same day delivery within a 100 mile radius of the store.
How far do you deliver?
Gallery Furniture has made deliveries in Hawaii, New York, Canada, even Kuwait. Of course, long distance deliveries cost more and may not be appropriate for your purchase, which is why we usually don't take orders from outside southeastern Texas. But if you live more in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, New Orleans, or places in between, Gallery Furniture will deliver. You will need to work with your salesperson on scheduling deliveries more than 100 miles from the store.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Gallery Furniture gives you options in your delivery service and that can have an impact on the cost. The standard delivery in Houston is $79.99.
Who does your deliveries?
Gallery Furniture deliveries are done by Gallery Furniture employees, not contractors. Gallery Furniture owns and schedules the trucks, drivers, and helpers.

What kinds of mattresses do you sell at Gallery Furniture?
Actually, Gallery Furniture sells you a great night's sleep. Gallery Furniture features the Tempur-Pedic sleep system - the original viscoelastic mattress. There are no copies here, only the original and the best! Gallery Furniture has quality inner spring mattresses as well from Spring Air and Peaceful Systems. Even better, Gallery Furniture has a huge selection of all these mattresses so you can buy your mattress today and sleep on it tonight!

What brands of TVs do you carry?
Gallery Furniture features Sony, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, JVC and LG televisions. Whether it is a plasma, LCD, or projection television that you want, Gallery Furniture has them and our electronics and home theater experts are glad to help you find the best television for your needs.
Do you sell DVD players and sound systems?
Gallery Furniture has DVD and Blu-ray players to enhance your home viewing pleasure. No home theater is complete without great sound and Gallery Furniture sells a number of surround sound systems.
Can I get home theater seating at Gallery?
Of course! Gallery has home theater seating in a number of styles and covers. If one of these does not suit, or you have special requirements for your home theater seating, Gallery Furniture's experts will be glad to design a custom seating solution for you.
