The Gallery Furniture Service Department is committed to offering high quality customer service after the sale.  Gallery Furniture customers benefit the most from service plans such as the Gallery Furniture In-Home Service Plan, the Gallery Furniture Leather Guard Plan, and the Gallery Furniture Fabric Guard Plan.These plans will give you peace of mind and protection beyond the standard manufacturer warranty.

How the Service Department Works

The Gallery Furniture Service Department handles all requests concerning any extended protection plans available - such as In Home Service, Fabric Guard, and Leather Guard.  If your furniture investment is covered by one of these plans, contact Gallery Furniture Service at 713.694.5570 or by e-mail at servicedept@galleryfurniture.com for service.

What the Service Department Needs to Know

The Gallery Furniture Service Department will be able to process your request more rapidly with any of the following pieces of information so that your original order is located:

• The "SO" Number located at the top center of  your receipt, just below the date; or,
• The home phone number you used at the time of purchase; or,
• The last name and address at the time of purchase.
