Great place, great people. We just bought a new mattress yesterday around 7 pm and got it delivered around 10:30 pm same day. And got a phone call from Mr Jim McIngvale this morning to make sure everything went OK with our product 😃❤️

What an experience! Darrel was an amazing sales rep! He listened to exactly what we wanted and took us straight to the perfect selection! I walked in at 8am on a Saturday. Juan was standing at the front and gave me a warm greeting. I knew which mattress, box spring, and frame I wanted, and he took me right over to them. Tested them out, purchased, and was out of the store by 8:20 a.m. I was moving on that day, and this quick service was extremely helpful to me. Furniture was delivered by 4:30 that day and installed by the delivery crew. Gallery Furniture always has been, is, and always will be the number one furniture store in Houston!

We were helped quickly and thoroughly by Scott. He showed us exactly what we wanted without pressure to buy or look at additional items. Our furniture was delivered 4 hours after we left the store by two of the friendliest guys ever. A great experience.
