Ordered it Sunday morning and it was delivered before noon.

The delivery was prompt and they were very helpful with placing it where we wanted it to go.

The delivery drivers went above and beyond to get the couches through our door...it was a tight fit, but they got it in.
Delivery was phenomenal
The delivery guys were courteous and looked like professionals in Gallery Furniture branded Polo shirts and properly fitting pants. They had to take my front... door off the hinges to get the sofa in, they did so without a complaint or issue, the sofa had to go up a flight up steps and around a corner and they maneuvered it skillfully always being careful of my walls. There was no packaging or foam to clean up as the sofa had been shrink wrapped, blanket wrapped then shrink wrapped again, I have never experienced any company take so much care in the delivery and ensuring my home was undamaged as these gentlemen were. My family hosted a Baby Shower in one of the party rooms available at Gallery Furniture. The food, lemonade and room attendant were all so... nice. We had more than enough food on all the different platters that were included with the room. Our attendant was always near for anything. He was able to warm up a baby bottle of formula for my Grand Daughter. Thank you so much for providing the beautiful facility with your friendly and supportive staff. He explained in detail about each piece of furniture which was very impressive and helpful. Their furniture is very well made...top of the line leather and solid wood.
