We bought this as part of a living room set to match the 5 piece couch. When we were originally in the store the wife just had to sit down once in the chair, then recline & massage, and she was sold.
Albert was a huge help in piecing everything together prior to the final sale.
The recliner does just about everything but swivel. You can increase the degree of the massage feature (which is kinda nice) and the chair reclines back to almost a completely flat position. Very happy with the purchase despite the fact we’ve only had it a few days. Hopefully it’s going to last for years to come. Nice job again Gallery!!!

We love the comfort and extended recliner! It's a great fit for my husband that is taller. It doesn't leave his feet hanging off the the foot rest which is a major plus.
My son uses the massager every day when he gets home.
Only thing that would make it better is if the recliners were wall huggers.

My husband and I bought two of these and they are very comfortable! They have 3 different adjustments for comfort as well as cup holders and integrated chargers! We could not ask for better recliner era for our different comfort needs!

We love these recliners. They exceeded our expectations! Besides the fact that they are the most comfortable that we have ever owned, the ease and flexibility of changing positions without any effort is incredible (for someone who is in serious chronic pain). Well worth the money.

Bought this recliner along with the sofa and loveseat. We absolutely love the set. My husband’s chair had to be rocker so this recliner was perfect and it also has the massage and heat feature. Best recliner we have ever had. The triple power feature is a must have. It is very comfortable and the zero gravity reclining feature is great for the back along with the lumbar support. Love the color-not too dark and not the off white of other sofas which goes well with the neutral tones in our home. Have always had leather but the functionality of this Cougar set sounds promising.
Delivery and set up team were awesome, and they took our existing couch, love seat and recliner and will find them a good home.

This chair has it all-full recline, lumbar adjustment, cup holders, heat, and massage. There are multiple massage settings as well. The massage hits perfectly in just the right spots! Fabric is durable enough to withstand my dog's zoomies and the cat launching off. Everything about the purchase and delivery experience was excellent as well.
