Cougar Dark Grey P3 Power Reclining Sofa

Tyler met me when I entered GF and was very pleasant. He was very informative about the product I was in there to purchase. We had purchased the recliner at the end of January because my husband has back issues and had seen Mac’s ad. He loves it and the comfort so we decided to purchase the sofa and loveseat.

Tyler was most proficient in knowing his product. He listened to my concern and knew exactly the pieces I needed.

So comfortable! This sofa is perfect. It has power lumbar and adjustable head rest. It reclines flat so easy to sleep in. The multiple cups holders are great and the built in lights provide just enough light.

Love this dual recliner couch! The fabric is soft and durable it has so many features and some I didn’t even know about! I was mainly looking for the dual recliners and a long enough couch to be able to sleep on if needed, which this couch provided both of those. But I hadn’t even realized that it came with the fold down middle to provide additional cupholders, reading lights and other features like wireless charging!

Worst sofa we’ve ever purchased. We’ve purchased a lot of quality and beautiful furniture from Gallery Furniture, so this purchase was a deep disappointment. Not even a year into owning the sofa, it sags and has compressed so much that it’s like sitting on a yoga mat! The seats are so compressed that they are uncomfortable. The bottom front section is protruding and never lays flat when in the upright position. Color was deceiving too. It is advertised as dark grey but it has a brownish hue to it. The only positive thing about this piece of furniture is the material. It does clean easily and is definitely scratch resistant. Sadly it is so uncomfortable that we are on the hunt for a new sofa.

This couch is not only a beauty to look at the comfortable and adorable too. Our living room allows space for two couches, so we love that we can give each couch a different look, by keeping the middle console up on one and down on the other.

The dark GRAY COURGER is great. It only took the guys 30 minutes to take out the old set and set up the new. They were wonderful and fast. They knew all the gadgets and how they worked. It is a great feel and very comfortable. Both my wife and dog loved theway it feels and the comfortable seating. She is so reclided and says it in firm and loves it. Matt even called and asked how we liked ouir new chair and sofa.

We were bouncing ideas of a sofa/loveseat from another store and Gallery Furniture. Once we sat in each multiple times, the quality was clear. The price difference was justified being that we spend a lot of time in our home.
At first we were against anything non fabric because we have cats. So far, this animal proof material has held up against scratching and punctures.

We were so excited to get the "Cougar" sofa set in our home for its durability look and feel in February, 2024. Fast forward to May 2025. All of the headrest on the sofa, loveseat and recliner are beginning to fade with the sofa being the worst. I contacted Gallery and it is not covered under warranty (1 year). We worked out a somewhat of a resolution where Gallery will send me the material for 1 head rest and I pay for the upholstery job. This set does not come with any care, cleaning instructions or warranty information. We were looking for American made furniture and thought this was made in the U.S.A. with being told that Flexsteel is an American company. The furniture is made in Vietnam. We currently have blankets on the furniture to protect it because we can't trust the material to hold up. If you spill wine or scratch it with a key you should be fine but be careful if you sit on it...
