So we bought this product last month. After having it for only 13 days my wife tells me where she sits at the leather was starting to fade. I didn’t thinks anything of it because gallery in the past has taken care of us. Well my wife got ahold of customer service and submitted photos. They came back and said it was animal scratches. Well we do have two very small dogs and if they are on the couch they are laying on a blanket. Well they said no exchange. So I called and they said they would call me back.the next day I called them and they had talked to mattress Mac and he approved a replacement couch. Well we got it a couple days ago and already the leather is wearing out. I called and told them and they said call Mac. So I did. He was rude and acted like I was bothering him. He said he would call me back in the morning. He did not. I called later in the day and he did not answer. I then texted him. Reminded him in the text that we just wanted to come in and exchange it for something else. Well this is how he responded” I talked to the service department and we're not gonna be able to exchange that furniture since it had the same problem twice. Thanks very much for asking.” Since it happened twice I thought that would be a good reason why they would exchange it. So I responded that way. He ignored me and did not respond. I have been buying from gallery for a long time never had an issue until now. Wow, I would have never thought we would be treated like this. I will never buy from him again. He is rude and only cares about making money. I highly recommend you think about this review before you buy from him. He does great for the community for his own gain. Yes it has worked, now he can treat people like he did me.

This couch is superior in comfort and quality. The heat function is perfect on cold nights when watching movies keeping you warm and comfortable. It works just like the heated seats in your vehicle. The quality is the best with flexsteel. You can feel the great support this couch provides. Scott was very knowledgeable on all products and great to work with.
